Double D Challenge - Black & White (and the celebration continues)

Hello Friends!

Did you know there's a Blogaversary Celebration going on over on the Double D Challenge Blog?  You'll want to pop over for all the details then come join in the fun ... there are some awesome prizes up for grabs!

The theme today is
BLACK & WHITE (ONLY)
[no additional pops of color]

here's our mood board to inspire you . . .

Today I was inspired by the pillow patterns, the kitties and the butterflies
and this is what I've come up with ... what do you think?

My choice of designer paper comes from the Paper Studio 'Harper's Boutique' pack.
This card could be used for just about any occasion
and since I seem to have a lot of cat loving friends, I'll be ready
for birthday's this year!  LOL

I've used the Tutti Designs 'Nesting Stitched Rectangle' dies (#217)
for the focus panel.  My cat family is a die from Cheery Lynn Designs called
'Kitty Kitty Meow Meow' #B417 ... just the cutest!

For accents I've used the Martha Stewart 3-in-1 Butterfly punch,
Memory Box 'Madera Corner' die #98237, Nuvo black crystal drops
and a quick tie of old holiday ribbon from Michaels.

Be sure to pop over to see what the DT has created!
OMG so many amazing creations ... I draw inspiration from these ladies
each and every challenge!!
